Pricing my options

I am putting down some prices for the different ways of buying the plywood for the benefit of those not based in the US (prices in Euro):

Buying the kit from Watershed would really be the best option were it not for the uncertainty of the customs and duties costs ...

The search for plywood.

More to the point now, I have been unable to find any Meranti. However, I have found Okume BS1088, which Tim asserted as equally suitable for this project. Apparently Okume is more common in Europe, Meranti more common in North America. The supplier I have found is Shelman. I am currently collecting prices for all options available and will post costs soon.
